About Defined.

Hi, I'm Lyn, founder and creative director of Defined.

My journey into the events industry began six years ago, during COVID, creating grazing boxes and luxe picnic experiences. From there came balloon installations, tablescapes and event styling, and before I knew it, the projects were getting bigger, the ideas more ambitious and the business was evolving into something much more.

Today, Defined. is a Melbourne-based event design, production and styling studio specialising in corporate events, brand activations, weddings and private celebrations.

Having worked across so many different areas of the industry, I've developed a genuine love for both the creative and practical sides of events. From developing concepts and sourcing the right pieces to creating custom faux florals and overseeing installations, I'm very much a hands-on creative who loves being involved in the details.

Of course, none of this happens without the right people! I've built a team that shares the same work ethic, attention to detail and positive energy. We work hard, take pride in what we do and believe there's always room for a little fun and laughter along the way, especially on event day.
