From initial concept through to production and on-site delivery, we work closely with your team to keep the process clear, organised and aligned with your objectives

Tell us about your event, including the objectives, date, venue, audience, budget and any brand or creative requirements.
We’ll review the brief and discuss the project with you to understand what you’re looking to achieve and where Defined. can best support your team.

Following our initial consultation, we’ll prepare a Scope & Fee Proposal outlining our recommended scope of work, the services Defined. will provide and the professional fees associated with delivering your project.
This gives your team a clear understanding of our involvement and the level of support required before any creative development begins.
Once the Scope & Fee Proposal has been approved and the required fee has been received, we’ll move into the creative development stage.

With the scope confirmed, we begin developing the creative direction for your event.
Depending on the project, this may include concept development, mood boards, spatial planning, branded environments, custom installations, styling, signage, furniture, florals and other event elements.
Where required, we’ll also begin liaising with relevant suppliers and obtaining pricing for the elements needed to deliver the concept.

Once the creative direction and required project costs have been developed, we’ll present your tailored Event Proposal.
The proposal will outline the recommended design, event elements, supplier requirements and associated costs, giving your team a clear understanding of the complete project before moving into production.
We’ll work with you through the review and approval process, making reasonable refinements where required. Once approved and the required project payment has been received, suppliers, production and event elements will be secured.

Following approval, we move into production and manage the elements within our agreed scope.
This may include custom fabrication, supplier coordination, sourcing, print and signage, hire items, logistics, scheduling and preparation for installation.

Our team manages the installation and styling of the approved event design, coordinating with the venue and relevant suppliers to ensure the event is delivered according to the agreed schedule.
Where required, bump-out, collection and post-event logistics can also be managed by Defined.

Every corporate project is individually scoped and quoted based on the requirements, scale and level of support involved.
